Neal Holland, founder of the ALLIANCE BUSINESS SCHOOLS, has been in the field of education for over 40 years! In 1965, Neal started Georgia Flyers School of Aviation with his late partner, John Kornye in Atlanta, Georgia. They trained over 7000 students throughout the US. He started  Professional Career Development, Inc., in 1982 with courses in real estate, residential and commerical appraising, property management, and mortgage banking. Recently the school was sold with the new ownership offering over 20 different courses.     After moving to Jacksonville, Florida in 1994, Mr. Holland opened Alliance School of Mortgage Lending, approved by the  State of Florida for the Mortgage Broker Pre-Licensing course, Alliance Real Estate Institute offering real estate sales associate and broker courses, and real estate residential appraising approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission and Department of Business and Professional Regulations. Alliance Title Agent School is the most recent school approved by the State of Florida offering courses as a Licensed Title Agent and Title Closing Agent. Alliance Home Inspector School offers a Certification course for those wanting a   career as a Home Inspector. Seminars are offered for Mortgage Compliance, Starting A Mortgage Brokerage or Lender Business, Real Estate Business Brokerage, and Real Estate & Mortgage Marketing, and Product Knowledge.   Alliance Business offers required Continuing Education courses for several different licenses.
