The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) mandates full compliance regarding fulfillment of course requirements and will not allow extensions to students.  Licenses must be renewed on time with no exceptions. INSTRUCTIONS: New Students: To take our 63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course roll the cursor over the "Real Estate" link under the REcampus Store heading at the top left of this screen, a drop-down menu will appear. Select "Prelicensing". Another page will load and the 63-hour Sales Associate and 72-hour Broker titles will be at the bottom of the page. Click on the 63-hour course and "Add to Cart". Check out by completing personal and payment info. You can then start your course right away! To take our 72-Hour Broker Pre-License Course roll the cursor over the "Real Estate" link under the REcampus Store heading at the top left of this screen, a drop-down menu will appear. Select "Prelicensing". Another page will load and the 72-hour Broker and 63-hour Sales Associate titles will be at the bottom of the page. Click on the 72-hour course and "Add to Cart". Check out by completing personal and payment info. You can then start your course right away! To take our 14-hour Continuing Education Course roll the cursor over the "Real Estate" link under the REcampus Store heading at the top left of this screen, a drop-down menu will appear. Select "Continuing Education". Another page will load and the 14-hour Continuing Education title will be at the bottom of the page. Click on the course title and "Add to Cart". Check out by completing personal and payment info. You can then start your course right away! To take our 45-Hour Sales Associate Post-License Course roll the cursor over the "Real Estate" link under the REcampus Store heading at the top left of this screen, a drop-down menu will appear. Select "Post Licensing". Another page will load and the 45-hour Post-License Sales Associate title will be at the bottom of the page. Click on the course title and "Add to Cart". Check out by completing personal and payment info. You can then start your course right away! To take either or both of our 30-Hour Broker Post-License Courses roll the cursor over the "Real Estate" link under the REcampus Store heading at the top left of this screen, a drop-down menu will appear. Select "Post Licensing". Another page will load and the two 30-hour Post-License Broker titles as well as the 45-hour Post-License Sales Associate title will be at the bottom of the page. Click on the selected course title and "Add to Cart". Check out by completing personal and payment info. You can then start your course right away!
