Neal Holland, President / CEO / Founder
Neal started his career in the real estate/lending industry in 1963. While working in these industries, Neal observed a void in available training in the areas of loan origination and processing, and began working to fill that need. Since 1966, Neal has personally trained over 10,000 students. He has designed and authored many training manuals and material used in real estate, appraising, mortgage lending and management. A Captain for a major airline, he has trained airline pilots, mechanics, flight engineers and dispatchers over his many years as a professional educator. Neal has owned schools in Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, and Jacksonville, FL. He holds instructor licenses in the following areas; Real Estate Instructor, Mortgage Broker Instructor, Real Estate Residential Appraiser Instructor, Flight Instructor, Aviation Ground School Instructor
Peggy Holland, Vice President & Registrar
Peggy joined Alliance Business in 2002 as planning and registration specialist. Her responsibilities include registering all our students and assembling manuals for classes and manual orders. She also oversees class schedules and the Continuing Education Programs. 

Anthony “Tony” Cozier, Vice President of Operations & Instructor joined the staff of Alliance Business Schools as instructor with responsibilities that include real estate and mortgage courses. Tony has a Masters Degree in Management. He has an easy style of working wonders for those who are are concerned about the math portion of the real estate and mortgage. You will really enjoy Tony's teaching style and personal help he gives to his students.

Wallace “Wally” Beale – Instructor joined the staff of Alliance Business Schools in 2003. Being part of this husband-wife team, Wally is highly rated by students in his classes. They enjoy his "Wallyisims" and experiences in the mortgage profession - both as a mortgage broker and mortgage processor. He explains in detail the many documents of the mortgage business giving scenario problems and real-world experiences. His students rate him as an excellent instructor who occasionaly adds humor to highlight the course material.


Kathleen “Kathy” Beale – Instructor joined the staff of Alliance Business Schools in 2003 Wally's lovely wife, Kathy is the "perfectionist" member of this dynamic instructor team. Kathy is exceptionally skilled as a mortgage processor and the student will learn how important it is to be organized as a processor. Students often call Kathy once they are working for help in difficult areas and she is more than happy to give them the extra help. She imparts a vast amount of knowledge of the mortgage business as she holds licenseses in real estate and mortgage.
